Facing Eviction Alone
Colorado Center for Law and Policy in partnership with Colorado Coalition for the Homeless released a detailed report in September 2017. The study is based on an evaluation of eviction cases between 2014-2016. The study highlights that evictions disproportionately affect neighborhoods with more people of color, the lack of representation for tenants, and goes on to recommend several steps that need to be taken to rectify the problems associated with eviction.
